We fully acknowledged our mistake in sending the incorrect dress and immediately took responsibility by providing and paying for the return shipping label on our end.
Regarding the exchange, shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, as these charges are imposed by the shipping carrier and are not fees that we collect or control. We have already covered all costs that fall under our responsibility.
We also want to clarify that we never accused you of intentionally damaging the dress. However, the dress was returned folded tightly inside a very small box without any protective packaging. As a result, it arrived damaged during transit. Proper packaging is the sender’s responsibility, and adequate protection would likely have prevented this damage.
Despite the condition in which the dress was returned, we still agreed to proceed with the exchange as a courtesy.
Throughout this process, we have made every effort to resolve the situation fairly and professionally.
