The product I received was nothing like what I expected based on the listing. Because of this experience and the company’s unwillingness to help, I will never purchase from them again. They do not value their customers and do not stand behind the products they sell. I cannot recommend buying from this company.

According to our records, we were happy to offer you an exchange for a different size. As outlined in our policy, we have a 2-day exchange window due to the limited availability of our dresses and to help maintain their quality and integrity.

We can see that you initially requested an exchange the same day your order was delivered. However, we did not hear back from you for an additional four days. By that time, the exchange eligibility period had expired, and unfortunately, we were no longer able to process the exchange.

We truly value both customer satisfaction and the quality of our products, and we always do our best to assist our customers. Unfortunately, once the exchange window has passed, we are unable to honor late exchange requests.

We also wanted to mention that, based on our previous communication, the concern raised was regarding the sizing of the dress. We were not made aware that your concern was with the overall appearance or style of the dress. Had this been brought to our attention, we would have been more than happy to discuss the issue with you and work toward an appropriate solution.
