They sent me the wrong dress, which completely ruined my plans for a special occasion. When I contacted them, instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they tried to charge me for the return shipping.
I returned the dress in the same good condition in which it was received, yet they attempted to claim that I had damaged or ripped it. I only requested a replacement because they sent the wrong item in the first place.
The entire process was frustrating and unfair. Poor customer service, lack of accountability, and unreasonable return policies. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.

We fully acknowledged our mistake in sending the incorrect dress and immediately took responsibility by providing and paying for the return shipping label on our end.
Regarding the exchange, shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, as these charges are imposed by the shipping carrier and are not fees that we collect or control. We have already covered all costs that fall under our responsibility.
We also want to clarify that we never accused you of intentionally damaging the dress. However, the dress was returned folded tightly inside a very small box without any protective packaging. As a result, it arrived damaged during transit. Proper packaging is the sender’s responsibility, and adequate protection would likely have prevented this damage.
Despite the condition in which the dress was returned, we still agreed to proceed with the exchange as a courtesy.
Throughout this process, we have made every effort to resolve the situation fairly and professionally.
